- 6 tablespoons butter
- ½ lemon juice and zest
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme chopped
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard to the melted butter.
Whisk the mixture well until it’s smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Taste the sauce and adjust any seasoning if needed.
Pour the sauce into a small bowl for dipping.
